Categories being offered include: Bikini, Wellness, Figure, Women’s Physique, Bodybuilding, Men’s Physique, Classic Physique and Transformation.
Competitors may not participate in more than one category at a show. You may compete in more than one division within a category.
Example: You cannot register for Bikini and Wellness. However you can register for "Bikini Open” and "Bikini Masters”.

Pro: Wellness- Masters Wellness Pros can compete in the Open, however there is no PRO Wellness Masters division.
Bikini: Teen, Debut, Novice, Masters Age 35+(PQ), 45+, 55+, Open (PQ)
Wellness: Teen, Novice, Masters Age 35+(PQ), 45+, 55+, Open (PQ)
Figure: Teen, Debut, Novice, Masters Age 35+(PQ), 45+, 55+, Open (PQ)
Men’s Physique: Teen, Debut Novice, Masters Age 40+(PQ), 50+, Open (PQ)
Classic Physique: Teen, Debut, Novice, Masters Age 40+(PQ), 50+, Open (PQ)
Men’s Bodybuilding: Debut, Novice, Masters Age 40+(PQ), 50+, Open (PQ)
Women’s Physique: Teen, Debut, Novice, Masters Age 35+(PQ), 45+, 55+, Open (PQ)
Transformation Category: any competitor wanting to display a transformational journey onstage
Heroes: All military, first responders, medical professionals and educators.

Debut Eligibility: First competition ever. Competitors cannot have ever competed in any category with any organization.
Novice Eligibility: Cannot have placed first in any class (besides Teen), within any division, within any category, with any organization (with the exception of cases where first place was won in a class that only had one competitor in it).
Teen Eligibility: Must be between the ages of 16-19 on day of competition.
Masters Eligibility: Open only to those falling into the stipulated age range (ex. 40+ is age forty and over).
Open Eligibility: Open to anyone, regardless of age and level of experience.

Depending on the number of competitors within a division, the promoter may divide the competitors into classes. This is typically done by dividing competitors evenly by height.

A “crossover” pertains to entering more than one division. For example, someone may enter the Novice division, if eligible, and also elect to crossover into the Open division and/or a Masters division and compete in those divisions as well. You can enter any number of divisions you are eligible for. Crossovers between categories (Women’s Physique, Bikini and Figure or between Men’s Physique, Men’s Classic Physique and Men’s Bodybuilding) will not be permitted.

The host hotel is typically where check-in, first coat of tanning and polygraph exams are held the day before the competition.

This is a 100% polygraphed event. All competitors must be drug free for a period of 7 years. Please review the OCB Banned Substances List. You, as a competitor, are responsible for knowing the effects that certain supplements may present. Just because you may have bought it over the counter does not mean it is acceptable in the OCB. Please research carefully. The Banned Substances List, along with any exceptions, are posted on www.OCBonline.com

Please Note: Competitors CANNOT be under the influence of any drug or alcohol for a minimum of 24 hours prior to drug testing.
Photo identification is required. All competitors are subject to additional forms of testing, if requested, at the discretion and expense of the promoter.
ALL pro-qualifying placement winners will also be subjected to urinalysis immediately after the placements are announced.
Additionally, ALL top 3 PRO winners will be subjected to urinalysis immediately after the placements are announced.

“Check-in” is the event before competition day where competitors receive their number buttons (that will be used to identify them during the competition), swag items and other important information as needed.

Only competitors and ONE PRE-REGISTERED coach will be allowed backstage. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Competitors will receive specific details on how to register their coach for backstage access.

Most competitors choose to have tan applied to enhance their onstage appearance and professional photos. While Hot Spot Tanning is our official tanning company, competitors are free to choose a tanner of their choice.

Competitors and friends/family are welcome to record and take photos from the audience.
No tripods or anything that will obstruct the view of other spectators will be allowed.

PRO competitors will have 60 seconds for an individual “I-Walk” routine.
Amateur competitors will have 45 seconds for an individual “I-Walk” routine.
Costumes/props will be permitted only if competitors can carry it on stage and it is in good taste.
If a competitor chooses not to do an individual routine, s/he will just walk on stage after the bio is read, one pose, wave and walk off.
